Submissions on alchemical feminine for Alchemy Journal

During October and November 2008, the Alchemy Journal will consider submissions of material towards the March 2009 issue (Vol.10 No.1).



The thematic focus of the March 2009 issue of the Journal is the ALCHEMICAL FEMININE, and preference will be given to essays, articles, interviews, and book, website, music, film, or other reviews that explore this theme (although submissions not addressing this theme will still be considered).



Contemporary female alchemists … female alchemists from history, both famous and obscure … feminine archetypes, forces and actions in alchemy … symbolism and significance of the alchemical feminine … sociological, cultural and anthropological considerations … Venus, her calx and mantle (and other alchemical products and processes) ... and so much more, beyond those veils …
