I periodically adjust my light body with an altered (for obvious reasons) form of the seven metals, in the form of purified ionic suspensions. In this form, for the most part, only 10-30ppm are required for stimulation of the subtle bodies, and absorbtion into the blood stream. so i use this combination of minerals:

    Zinc - replaces lead.
    Vanadium replaces Tin.
    Iron
    Gold
    Copper
Platinum replaces Mercury. Indium is also an excellent second choice
    Silver

I use lots of other mineral and noble metal combinations for different needs, and use my body as the firing furnace as well as the final 'product'. My favorite reasearch is in the manipulating of the gold/platinum family, having found them to rejuvinate and protect the immune system. Many internal governing systems automatically switch on when the cell structures are flushed with gold derivatives. Gold repairs damaged dna structures.

What other methods do people use to work directly with the metals? I have found it really interesting to hold metallic ores, though obviously the specimens can be quite difficult to get sometimes. Recently, I was at the Museum of Natural History in NYC and spent a long time in their mineral collection. They had some massive pieces, and I found that some of the big pieces of gold (mostly from specimens collected in California in the gold rush) had a rapid mental effect on me just from staring at them.
I am somewhat nervous about ingesting heavy metals since I have heard about cases of argyria (where you turn permanently gray) which have happened with incorrectly made solutions. Though I was one of those kids who played with the mercury from broken thermometers and enjoyed pouring it back and forth into my hand, so I am probably already damaged. Travis can attest about my obvious brain damage.

I like the idea of ingesting the metals the 'go with' correspond to the planets. I have two questions . . .

What brand of minerals do you use? I have used Mother Earth minerals and like them.

Do you ingest them on the corresponding plantery/days of the week or whenever?

The turning gray is mostly from silver, when people over due it. Silver is a known anti bacterial, microbial, parasitic, viral and fungal agent. Apparently during the massive plague in Europe the elite would suck on silver spoons and babies born would be given a silver spoon, hence born with a silver spoon you mouth saying. They did turn gray, maybe it looked blueish because I heard that is where the term blue blood comes from as well.

I have safely ingested angstrom sized gold solutions at a concentration of 50 ppm, you can also put the liquid metal solutions into a nebulizer and inhale them. This is quite interesting, I have only tried this a few times, you really get the feel for the metal.

One night a group of friends were inhaling gold, we were laughing everyone was happy then we decided to try platinum and the mood changed. It got more serious and we would up disbanding and going our seperate ways for the evening.

        Cheers~

OK. In the efforts of full disclosure let me tell you that I am a physician and that I am board-certified in neurology so this is not just an off-the-cuff opinion. They don't call it "heavy metal toxicity" for nothing. It may be fun and all to turn blue but the metals have a propensity for neural tissue and if you go about huffing metals welcome to brain damage.
Organo-metallic compounds may be safe if they are meticulously prepared by ayurvedic/alchemical specialists. Otherwise goodbye brain.

and i have proof that platinum and gold saved my immune system before the advent of protease inhibitors. so i respect what you have to say. but i cannot concure with it. so i guess i will now limit any information in regards to the noble metals and healing. we will just let people meander around and figure it out for themselves. of course, there will be more casalties by the wayside, but hidden knowledge probably is best hidden. heavens to betsy to actually use your own body in the way it was meant to be- the supreme alembic of knowledge and long life.
and heavens to betsy again for actually discussing: Alchemy: the royal art. i didn't even have time to talk about stoking the furnace correctly, or the sublimation of your own sulfur.
            bye.

I am aware of heavy metal toxicity, I wish dentists were as they are filling people up with mercury.

From my understanding there is a wide range of minerals needed for proper functioning, most of them are needed in trace amounts.

The nebulizer is a medical device and I am not advocating 'huffing' metals, the mineral used was at the level of angstrom size. An angstrom measures 1/10,000,000,000 of a meter at a level of 50 ppm. No one turned blue, I know many people who use metals/minerals frequently such as zinc, chromium, vanadium, indium, gold, platinum and others and I have yet to see them turn any color other than flesh tone. Gold is generally regarded as safe for consumption, though as with too much of anything there can be a build up.

Metals are known to have medical value, there are ethical companies producing safe products, I am all for safety and I appriciate the concern you voice.

I know you mentioned you are a Dr. and not a nutritionist, though maybe you have some insight you can share on safe levels of the required trace minerals?

OK. I was being pretty alarmist. I am only talking about heavy metals. I have studied with one of Frater Albertus' group and know that even among well trained people that carelessness with metals has produced disastrous results.
I am not trained as an ayurvedic specialist, but I know that ayurvedic authorities have written extensively about how mercury based remedies have often been incorrectly prepared, and that ingesting metals is a very tricky affair.
