I wound up having to report them to the BBB myself because I had not received my certificates/grades on 3 courses. It took them forever to respond to the BBB, then when they did they said i could request a refund at any time for any reason. I immediately did this, the next day I get 2 emails, supposedly my results for the 2 courses. The thing is I got the exact same grades and comments for both, then i am told since I have this now I am not a student and cannot have a refund! Finally i said fine, just confirm that my certificates are sent out and when i can expect them. I get an email back saying they have been sent to the printer, they'll email me when they go to send them to me, then they give another person's address where they plan on sending them!!! I emailed them back and said look, that's not me, you've had my address on every complaint i've sent you, if you do this you will have to redo it. They email me back with, well you didn't put the address on the last email! for crying out loud, I've emailed them every day for several weeks, they've had my address, the bbb report has my address, my exams have my address. The email address they were giving for the other student wasn't even close to mine either! There is something seriously wrong. I say we all contact the attorney general of california.
